BACKDROP RENTAL

HOW IT WORKS: Rentals are provided on a weekly basis, for $750/per week, to all locations within the continental US. The start date for the seven day rental period begins on the date the drop is received. The weekly billing cycle will repeat from this start date, until the drop is returned on the eighth day, orthe first day of a new billing cycle.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:Each drop comes with a Certificate of Flame Resistance that meets both NY and CA standards. By default, meeting these standards provides protection in all locations within the continental U.S. All drops have webbing, grommets, and ties at the top, 12” OC. Drops with straight bottoms have pipe pockets.

SHIPPING: Shipping is not included in the rental price. Shipping is calculated on a separate, case-by-case basis, considering variables such as drop size and weight, delivery locations, and delivery timelines. A return label from FedEx will be provided at the beginning of the rental period. If the rental period needs to be extended or reduced, please contact SAS at your earliest convenience for an updated return label with new shipping dates, and to ensure drop availability. To remove creases from the fabric caused by packing and travel, we recommend hanging the drop and lightly steaming it on the reverse side. This must be done with caution, especially on translucent drops. Steaming too hot or too long in one area can create puckers or cause the dye to bleed. Neither of those are good.Drops should be carefully folded (either standard or west coast) and packaged the same way that they were upon arrival.

DAMAGE: When receiving a drop delivery; open the package immediately upon arrival. If the drop is damaged in transit, SAS must be notified immediately after the package is opened so that an insurance claim can be filed with FedEx. If a drop is damaged in your care, SAS will advise a temporary fix, which will hopefully sustain the drop for the remainder of your rental period. DO NOT attempt to repair the drop without first consulting SAS. Any repairs or modifications performed on the drop without the knowledge and consent of SAS, will result in a damage charge. Charges vary depending on the severity of damage incurred to the drop. Please be careful.
